The cost of machinery of a powder detergent installation that works in the classical fashion starts around 5 million dollars. Such an installation should operate without pauses. If the installation pauses, rusting and corrosion occur.
I started producing powder cleaning products by using the method called SPRAY MIX of which I developed the production technique. I created a powder detergent installation in Romania. This is the first installation in Romania making powder detergent from zero.
This installation can be paused and started at any time. There is no problem of rusting and corrosion. Its production capacity is 5000 kg/8 hours. This capacity can be augmented by 2 to 3 times with a minor extra cost.
In this method, powder raw materials are placed into a vertically rotating drum, and the liquid chemicals are sprayed into the rotating drum by a pump. A chemical reaction takes place between the misty liquid chemicals and the powder particles moving from top to bottom. Finally, powder cleaning product forms.
In my method:

There is no need for energy in order to heat.
2.
There is no need for a carrier like sodium
sulfate. This is suitable for 100 % additive-free high technology powder
detergent production.
3.
The production takes place in one single drum.
